i have windows xp and i made another account wich totaled 2 and i made the second account (the new one) an adminastrator and made the old one a limited account, however somehow the new account was deleted so i am left with a limited account only and i dont know how to make it an admin account or make another account, so all i have is this one account which is limited,. So please help me make this account an admin again or create another admin account

There is always an account called Administrator on every Windows XP computer, although you can rename it. To login as it, tap Ctrl + Alt + Del twice at the logon screen to get the classic logon prompt. Type "Administrator" (no quotes) as the username and the password for it. If you don't know the password, it is either blank or was set by your system or network administrator. If you're still stuck, download ebcd-0_6_1-lite-sfx.exe and burn the ISO to a blank CD-R. Now boot the computer with that CD and select NT password recovery when prompted. Follow the on-screen steps (quite technical) and set the Administrator password to blank (you have to type * to tell it this). When it asks for a filename, type SAM.
