create a user account in "local users and group" but remove the all groups for this user
anyone know this user is member of which group?
i try it this user can logon the windowsXP but i also dont know which member of this user

If you removed all the groups from the user, then it belongs to NO groups.
BY DEFAULT all users are created for the 'Users' Group.
Or did I miss something from your question?
