Comment:

When I go to control panel then click on User account the screen comes up but no information or icons appear just a blank white screen. How do I get it back to normal. I have removed viruses, adware and spyware but it still won't come back. How do I get it back?

Sorry, no idea how to get it back but...

Try "control userpasswords2" in Start/Run.

It should give u access to User details.

Good Luck.
