Reply: (edit)Let's start at the beginning. What was the original problem you were having? And, what did you do to "fix" it? Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

Reply: (edit)the origonal problem was that when i logged on to windows xp's log on screen it would say failed to start application because BROWSEUI.dll could not be found. so i copyed from my tower the BROSWEUI.dll and pasted it no to my labtop. so i fixed that went looking a round coulded find and thing else wrong. so i wanted to make a new account for someone. so i go to the control panel click user account and nothing no click sound nothing. so i check the rest of the control panel everythings find. the next day i tried to use window media player that said i had to reinstall it from the mircosoft website cause it was not working properly. to this is my theroy when i user system restore the second time then tryed to undo it it lost some of the folders, through a glitch or something.
