User Account deleted

Please, Can somebody help me? I am not sure about what I did, but my User Account resulted deleted. The worst is that I can see now my files at "My documents". I went to the DOS and saw that they are really there, but I can't access them. How can I recovery them? I even used the Administrator userid, but it didn't work either. Login as administrator, reate a new profile and copy the files from the old profile to the new profile.
