I am a freelance PC repair man. I carry around alot of CDs and software to help me fix PCs. I ofcourse have the Windows install cds for windows 95 on up and several linux/windows pe cd's. I was interesting in waht other programs you all carry around. I plan to make a cd full of all of them to use. (I'm thinking of things like ad-aware, tweakl ui, etc.)

I wouldn't be going anywhere these days without SpyBot S&D, AdAware and HijackThis. SpyBlaster and SpywareGuard are good for maintenance, but detect and destroy methods are needed in pc repair on the software side, before you start elsewhere.
Bug removers like Panda's 38 in 1 AV removal tool; and CWShredder (pickup his Uptimiser4 while there- useful unit) are often handy.
And PurgIE to clean out all the crap.
hope that starts it off..//i'll be checking regularly to see the updates....good idea!
