Hi all, I wish to have a "background" picture show whenever I use windows explorer drop down menu's. I am bored of plain white lol. I did find a site which used a regestry tweak, but alas it didn't work. The artical was old and I believe it may be for an older OS. Surely there is a way for xp to do this. I did try "windows blinds" but it put serious pressure on my cpu, and didn't do what I wanted anyway. (and uninstalling it left xp battered lol. I have fixed it now, but does anyone know how to put a picture in those drop down menu's (hopefully without buying a program lol) Many thank for looking,

If you are doing what I think you are trying to do then try to http://www.hotbar.com I did this when I first started learning about computers when I was a kid so I just looked at the website you should be able to change the web browser tool bar background with a picture that you want and maybe more. The website should give you instructions on changing the web browser background and you should be able to do other things as well with it. I hope this helps you out with what you are trying to do.
