How do I enable disabled "Use Automatic Settings" in device resource settings. Curently that tick is grayed out but I need to change resource setting manualy and I can't do it. Half of my devices use same IRQ and it makes my PC run slower than it would

Might look at bios settings?

Can't say that is your problem though. There are only so many clock ticks and you can't access more than one interrupt at a time that I know of (on x86). For the most part, so what if they are all the same?
