after i installed yht epson printer my comp wont boot unless i pull it out of the usb plug. dont think its irq issue since i have them all full before and it worked fine. help me please!

also im using a saitek usb illuminated keyboard and logitech wireless mouse...i believe the keyboard may be drawing to much power since it boots up occasionally by switching usb ports
