Microsoft (in their wisdom) won't allow mobo manufacturers to include USB2 drivers on the mobo disk. Ur expected to upgrade to SP1 which has the drivers. If u don't want (or don't have) SP1, have a look in ur mobo manual to find which type of USB2 u have (usually either SIS or VIA), then do a google search for the driver.
Check Device Manager before and after installing - if the exclamation marks go, u should now be ok.
