usb pci card is not working

i have os xp professional and i have pci usbcard i have two usb flash memory LG.the problem is that one usb flash is working but the other one when i conect with the card os show me installed unknown device and it is not showing as drive.

Might be non supported drivers/usb card?
Check that your card has the latest drivers for that card and XP.
Guess it could be bad too.
