USB help PLEASE HELP

I have installed a ALI M5273 card into my computer. The only problem is that the drivers for it dont work and it wont work in USB 2.0 mode it will only work in slow mode.
Ive tried everything i could think of. THere website sux for any kind of support.

Please remember for usb 2.0 in XP you have to have at least SP1 and after doing it you still need to reinstall driver for usb controllers in Device manager, Syatem Control Panel for it to take.
