Hello, I have a problem with my USB devices, namely my digital camera (Canon PowerShot A75) and my newly purchased mp3 player (Creative Zen V).
For as long as I've had this computer, it has been recognizing my camera fine, until it suddenly stopped. The same thing happened when I tried to connect my new mp3 player. Windows says:
"One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solving this this problem, click this message."

When clicking it, this appears:
http://www.abo.fi/~anhenrik/unix/ca...I've got two other devices which are working fine, both of which requires no driver. One is an old mp3 player and one is an flash memory card reader.
What to do?? I've installed all devices correctly, and as said, it was working before!!

Is your USB Serial Controller part of or integrated in your motherboard? Have you verified that in the Bios setup your USB is Enabled?

Hmm, this is weird, it started working all of a sudden (the mp3 player, haven't tried the camera, don't dare to unplug the player again)... i'll try those if the problem comes back.
