I keep getting the following messages ps2.exe has encountered a problem usb.exe has encountered a problem
I have a pavilion 564a P4 2.4. when i ran PC doctor the video memory failed the test and these two messages re appear. Any suggestions on how to fix this

Start a new post and tell us what you've got plugged into the USB ports in the back. Also make sure everything is connected snugly and in the right slot (make sure you don't have the mouse plugged into the keyboard hole)....
