USB 2.0 problem after SP1a

OS: Win XP HE
CPU/Ram: 2.4 gHz, 256 mb RAM

I just ran the sp1a because i had the message that tells me that my hi-speed usb 2.0 is not enabled. But after sp1a, i still have that message. Is there anything i can do?? Thanks for any help.
