Hi,
It's doesn't makescene that you want to delete XP and you asking us how to make a bootdisk for it. If you want to delete XP off from your system, by doing that you could have it done by using fdisk, 98 bootdisk. There is a links in MSoft that allow you to download that bootdisk for XP, but not from the CD itself.

Boot from 98 cd and changed into cd:\win98 dir on your cd rom and run fdisk. then remove the partion. Works for linux too. :)
