I deleted windows messenger on my work computer. And these guys from the computer department say that I am not supposed to.
Now without doing System Restore and Getting a Windows Xp CD, is there any other way to restore Windows Messenger....

I deleted it by going to Start---- Run ---- and typed this : RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

NOw, please tell me how to undo this action...

Thanks

Lider

Well, i don't know, if it's deleted, then it's deleted. And I think unerase programs won't be useful now, if you didn't use one immediately.

You can download Windows messenger from here anyway:

Use the System Restore option to reset the unit back to when it was working.
