Sir/Madam I am using my account and having administrative rights but at the time of login it will take approx 10-12 mnts. after loging i had installed ADSL Modem (dial up) but the icon of dial up is not appear on the screen. I remove and re-installed software or ADSL modem. but the dial-up icon is not appear on the screen.

Yat, click the green Start button(bottom left) now then click Network Connections. Right click your dial up connection and if you so desire create a shortcut to your desktop
