|The microsoft UPHclean program is a unique little utility. Although it is not or was not originally designed to perform that particular repair, I have found that it helps in clearing up a lot of different issues and have for years installed it regularly on mine and customers computers without any ill effects what so ever. |
It has helped solve ram (memory) issues and freezes. The program once installed has very small resource usage and will continue to operate in the background... I highly recommend this program to be installed on all computers that have memory issues of any type.
Your issue as with what EdinTexas says is more than likely caused by a virus or malware problem. I would make sure that the computer was clean and then remove the .net framework from add/remove and then reinstall it through microsoft updates!
