I want to upgrade my computer from win xp home editon to win xp pro. I got the following message:setup was unable to load the file D:\i386\WINNTUPG\NETUPGRD.DLL. How can I do? When I upgrade win xp home edition to win xp pro, do I need to reinstall new drivers for network card, video card, and sound card?

The upgrade process should recognise any driver files as being installed and use the installed items [if they are newer than those on the CD].
This applies to motherboard chipset files as well as plug in files [Sound, AGP, LAN etc.] all these devices need drivers, dll's etc to enable windows to communicate and your PC to function.
