The only upgrade you might try would be to increase memory.

The cost of upgrading MOBO/CPU/Display adapter would essentially mean a new computer. You can get a new Dell for $359:

More ram would be the only further investment I would suggest if you want to keep that system. Otherwise if you are contemplating an upgrade then a whole new system would be the go, as almost nothing you currently have would transfer onto a new motherboard. you would probably even need a new powersupply.

I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.
