I want to upgrade to Win XP. However, I don't have a floppy drive to update my bios prior to upgrading (I have a laptop). Is there an alternative?

I suppose, if you have access to a cd burner, you could burn the dos boot files and BIOS upgrade files to a cd and boot it from there. I've never tried it, but it seems do'able.
