I have XP Pro. It says that it has downloaded updates, and when I try to install them, it finishes and says that this update could not be installed. I don't care why it didn't install, I just want to know how to stop it from appearing and closing my connection to the Microsoft update server. (When there is an update ready to be installed, it doesn't download any more until that one is installed.)
