Right after successfully installing my tv tuner with the latest drivers(ATI TV Wonder VE)on my 2 week old system, when i boot into windows and click on the user name, the computer goes idle for a long time (3-6 minutes). It will load half my applications, but then itll just stop loading. Usually it takes about 3 seconds to finish loading my statup apllications. My mouse is still operational during that period, but i am unable to execute any programs during that period. After being idle, i can here my floppy drive moving for a second and my other apps load. I tried taking out the card, and the problem still persists. Can anyone help me get rid of this period of idle-ness?

Try rolling back the driver. Start/Control Panel/Swithc to classic view/Double click System icon/Click Device Manager button/Right click the device you just upgraded/choose properties/Choose roll back driver.
