You can do this by carefully editing the Registry. Go to Start/Run and type regedit
Press Enter. In the left pane, find the key (and its subkeys by clicking on the [+] signs next to it):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer].Then click once on the word "Explorer" in the left pane.
In the right pane, right-click in any empty space. You will see some options. Choose the the one that reads "Create new DWORD" sub-key.
Name it 'AlwaysUnloadDLL' (without the quotes, but respecting capitals as indicates) and set the default value to equal '1' (without the quots) to disable Windows caching the DLL in memory. Finally, close all open windows and restart your system for the change to take effect.
Good luck.
