Unreal Tournament Running Slow

Hi

Recently I have been playing Unreal Tounament and have noticed that ingame it has been slower interms of movement in the game. I am not ure whether its xp or nvidia drivers

I have GF4 MX 440

have u tried a full hard drive defrag??

especially if it only slows down for a minute or 2 and then returns normal for a while.

i used to have that problem ages ago.

also try cleaning the cache directory with a cache cleaner found easily enough on yahoo
