Unreadable CD Disc -Recover Data

Hi all.. Burning multisession data on a cd rom using Nero. It locked up during the burn process. Now Zero data is availbale. Disc is not recognozed by the CD Reader. I cannot access previous sessions. Please anyoneone know of software that can reaccess the previous data... Unfortunatley some that I have tried messages.."Disc Not Ready" This is obvious as it cannot read any headers. Is there a solution to this?? Any advice is much appreciated and thanks in advance to all who reply.
