Hi can anyone help I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop and I now have blue screen with Unmountable boot volume, I have followed the steps on here to solve this problem but no joy, I have three options when I start up F2,F12 and F8 but cant find this welcome to set up screen where I can type in chkdsk. please help.

Thanks for quick reply, disc that came with laptop says Application for reinstalling Dell Media Experience 3.0, I have try this and nothing happens, I have downloaded boot disc and nothing happens.I changed bios setting to boot from disc first but still nothing.
