Specs: Windows XP, AMD X64 4200+
I just bought a brand new WD Velociraptor SATA drive and have put it in my system and and doing a clean format and install of Windows XP. Every time it gets through the installation and when it tries to boot into the GUI part of the installation I get the blue screen saying Unmountable_Boot_Volume. STOP x000000000ED, 0XC000014F.

I have searched through many forums for an answer and cannot find one. I have tried the chkdsk /p, chkdsk /r, fixboot, fixmbr, etc. I have gone through this procedure numerous times and cannot get it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have the latest nvidia nforce4 drivers. I am beginning to wonder if there is something special about this new drive. Help please.
