What is this file? Its not a virus according to Avast virus detector and Google found nothing. Its in windows/system32. It wont let me delete it and it keeps checking itself in startup. Tried deleting the key in regedit but its still in startup...

I duno what it is, but the name reminds me of klez, which is a virus, and it alo reminds me of virtual machine... Mabey its spyware? You should get Norton A/V 2004 Pro, Avast is !@#$%^& !@#$. Try running A-aware, Spybot S&D, and the online virus check at symantec.com
