Hello.
I am not sure if My Network Places is corrupt, but when I add the c: or d: drives with add network places, it shows them on the computer "Unknown", when it is the computer I am working on. goofy. I tried renaming the computer, rebooted. It worked until I accessed the network place the first time. Ran spybot and virrusscan.

If you want to add them to the local network just right click on the drive icon in my computer and select the sharing tab. Follow the directions you find there.

I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid...

I can click on them and access them, it is just odd that the computer says unknown. Lets say I have 2 computers. Computer marcusgi and computer setishock. Well, My network places shows C: D: E: F: for setishock, but then says C: D: E: F: for Unknown. I can share files but it should say for marcusgi and I can group it by computer.
