I lost my phone connection via Skype, it was just like that, one minutes it was OK and then it was gone. Skype is on but can not use the phone,I tried many different ways with upgrades and looking for something that could be the cause and nothing helped so I desided to deleted the program thinking I could reinstall it, But that I could not. I put the the CD in to reinstall but I am not able to do that, now I don't know what to do, I have come to the end and thinking if I need to by a new PC, so I am hoping you can help me.
