Well like street1 told you my google returned only 1 hit for wu8ouv.exe and the hit is rthis very thread. Is your system running OK?

Deleting file is not the same as executing it.

In what folder is this file located? Did it just suddenly turn up? Are you running an up-to-date antivirus program?

I'd try renaming the file(you may have to reboot in safe mode to do this) and try running. If it causes a problem rename it back to the original

*** Another Question/PROBLEM***
My internet explorer isnt working...It keeps crashing for no aparent reason..its really annoying....Ive got Internet explorer 7 and Win XP Home Edition SERVICE PACK 3. Currently Im using Firefox, but I like to use Explorer now and again. Every time I use it, it may work for a while but then it just crashes and says that its encountered an error and must close.... ANY IDEAS, REALLY ANNOYING. Ive got all the windows xp updates etc.
