I just downloaded a copy of a program someone told me would be fine, it's called the universal shield, used for locking system files. I downloaded it, then re-booted my computer. Now whenever I touch my keyboard, the mouse locks up and I can't do anything but sit and stare at the screen or use my other pc. What's going on?

Can you boot into Safe Mode and uninstall the program?

u dont actually need a mouse to get to programs on ur pc it just makes it a lot easier. press the windows logo on ur keyboard then use the arrow key to go to the control panel. then go to add/remove programs using the arrow keys and press enter then find the program and uninstall it. If you cant even use the arrow keys then my other suggestion is safe mode
