uninstallling kazaa

can anyone tell me how to completely uninstall kazaa from my comp.. everytime i run kazaa my hard drive goes crazy and it wont stop until i close the program.. i tried to uninstall it but so that i could reinstall but i cant completely uninstall it.. any ideas..?

I would run a virus check, sounds like something bad is up.
Did you go to the Control Panel, click on Add/Remove Programs ? There may be a listing for the Kazaa you installed. Click Remove.

ross, Your problem is most likely being caused by the adware/spyware that users of kazaa get when they download files. I'd suggest that you download, install, read the instructions and update Ad-aware 6. Run the Ad-aware 6 program and you may be amazed at the amount of junk that's on your system. Here's the download link for the Free version.

ok i got the bde removal program and ran it and it didnt find any files.. i also searched for all the files that the link you posted says to and found nothing with those named.. i uninstalled kazaa before i searched for them, could that have something to do with it..?

whwn u add and remove it do to ur c drive duble click on it go to program file and kazaa will be there delet it and ul have u performace back chack this out i yust disable the hibertate mode i think that is what is called and i got all most 2 gig back and improve performace

lol that is right when i play ut2003 my cpu usage is at max 100% it cant get lower because games need avery bit of performace
even if u disable back round programs it will be the same memory usage will go down but not the cpu usage so dont wory that is noral
and one more thing if u are using xp go disable the hibartate mode u will get orund 2 gig back and improve performace
