uninstall.isu file

Hi everybody, i installed a software that i now want 2 uninstall. prob is that theres no uninstaller either in the folder nor on the cd. it also dont show in the add/remove list. all there is is a uninstall.isu file in the software folder that i cant seem to open with the usual unwise.exe. can someone please tell me how to use that .isu file? thanx (:
