Did you upgrade to winxp or do a clean install? If you upgraded there may be an option in add/remove programs to remove the upgrade.

If u want to uninstall XP u have to restart ur computer with XP cd in ur cd-rom drive, it should come up with windows setup and just continue like u r gonna install XP over the top, and it comes up with partition deletion, create another partition.etc.U want to re-format your hard-drive or partition, after format is complete restart computer with Win2k cd in cd-rom and it should come up with installion for win2k (cause XP isnt a dos based OS)
