add/remove programs if not windows components
(in the same general area but a different button on the side)

Hey There
You want to remove windows media player-have you upgraded to a newer version or you want to take out the player all together.To rollback you could try system restore to a earlier time to go back a version.You normally cant take it out with add/remove.But if you got and installed http://www.litepc.com/xplite.html program that will let you uninstall windows media player and several programs at once without harm to system.
