I have three OS in my PC

The smart thing to do would be to back up all the data you wish to keep and then completely wipe the drive and reinstall XP from scratch.

Depending on whether or not you partitioned the drive, you might want to remove/change the partitions before begining the install.

If you format/remove Vista and 98, then you would need to undertake a repair of the boot loader as those files are on the C drive:

I would suggest you format d: to wipe out vista, delete everything off c: EXCEPT all the files [these are your boot files] at the root of c: and then with bcedit modify the vista boot loader to not include 98 and vista.

You're running XP & Vista with just 256MB RAM? I think you should delete them & stick with Win98...lol
