I do this to uninstall bad programs ---

Try System Restore to a date when all was good.
Start >All Programs >Accessories >System Tools

Using System Restore too many times can cause
more harm than good. After doing a restore
that does not fix a problem, then UNDO the
Restoration, and try another restore point, or
just do the UNDO.

if not listed in the start menu where the program is, before going to the 'add remove', look for the program in the 'programs' folder, look for the program and see if there is a unins. file to uninstall it, if not, then will have to go to 'add remove' in the control panel, or, to try to get most ties of that program out, maybe install revo uninstaller....can get it from download.com.

best of luck.
