Hi Ramzal, What has happened is the software was not completely uninstalled so you are left with a partial install. This happens with officejet's and psc's alot. There is an uninstall cleaner utility available for download on the hp website. Make sure your K60 is turned off or disconnected, download the unistall cleaner utility (it's for a D series or a psc900 but it works on a D,G,V,and K series as well). Once you have it downloaded disable your antivirus and run the uninstall utility. Here's the website for the uninstall utility. http://h20015.www2.hp.com/en/document.jhtml?lc=en&docName=bpu05062&prodId=hppsc950pr34580&lc=en
I hope this helps! If not, let me know and I'll tell you what to try next.
