Hello. I am having a serious issue with my uninstaller window that nobody else seems to be having.

A few weks ago, for some indiscernable reason, my program list was composed of about only 20 programs, which is crazy as previously it was literally dozens, if not hundreds. Now, I can't even uninstall anything because the buttons including "Change" and "Remove" have completely disappeared.

Can anyone please help me restore the buttons? As an overly busy med student, I bitterly dread the thought of having to do a full reinstall.

Thanking you all in advance,
Attila Osment
