When I got my laptop it already had Service pack 2 on it after I set up Windows, so I was wondering how I could uninstall it? It seems to be causing some problems for me.
When I go to add/remove programs, I can't see anything to uninstall SP2. So am I looking in the wrong place?
Thank you.

There are a lotta ways of uninstalling SP2, the link below will shows you how to do it.

However, if XP was originally installed on that machine with SP2 slipstreamed (already incorporated in the OS), then it cannot be uninstalled - there is no previous state to go back to. A service pack can only be uninstalled if it was "installed" after the OS was installed. The only way to go to an earlier version of XP would be to reinstall the OS with an older version of the operating system.

Thank you, I can't seem to uninstall it, so it must be because of the reason Michael J said.
What I'm trying to do is transfer files on MSN but every transfer goes very slow and whenever someone sends me a photo, it never works, it says the transfer has failed.
I've tried transferring files using my sister's laptop and it works great, so I checked all the settings of my sister's laptop and changed all my settings so they where the same, but it still doesn't work. The only difference we have is that my laptop has SP2 and hers doesn't.
Anyone have any ideas how I could solve this?
Thanks.
