Comment:
I am trying to uninstall some scanner software (Mirascan 3.04) in order to put a later version on. When I uninstall it gets to the end and says "Internal error, unable to continue uninstall process".
Anyone know what this could be?
Anyone know how I can completely remove this software that cant be uninstalled or removed thru add/remove programs?

If u still have the original software, then try re-installing 'over the top' (to the same location). Then try un-installing.
If still no go, try un-installing in safe mode.
If still no go, just try installing the updated version, again, 'over the top' to the original location.
