OptoRite DD0203 dvd writer hang up system
tray will not open
i can't get new driver becouse website is not working or down umm
what can I do

Boot to safe mode uninstall drive in control panel reboot

I know how to get to safe mode but how do i uninstall a device driver?

You need to locate the device manager go into the Control Panel from Start > Control Panel > Hardware Tab then Device Manager button. Locate the DVD writer and lighlight and remove. You will still require a driver for this device to operate.
