uninstall & reinstall Net meeting

Hi.... i use win xp as my system os andhave installed net meeting by execution of "conf.exe" file recently on it. But when I wanna to run it after installation my system restarts...now I want to uninstall and then reinstall it...but I can find it in Add/Remove programs list.....what can I Do? please help me ....

I had a simular problem with netmeeting and what I did was find it on the internet, I forget the webpage, download the setup file and it just overwrote what was on my OS. It works fine now.
