I am no expert, but I have this idea:
Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information, click the plus sign in front of Hardware, click I/O.
All devices should have a Status of OK. If not, then that Device needs an XP driver or an update.

This a sign of memory problem like reading or writing to uninitialized memory. But there should be more info available like the file in which the error comes. This is especially important in order to tell you more about it. P.S. This is maybe the most often experienced error code on every platform. 0xC0000005 on Win 95 - XP; "Memory violation error" - Win 3.1; crash!! - DOS; "SEGMENT VIOLATION SIGNAL (SIG_SEGV)" under Linux/Unix. :)
