When my computer boots up, I am getting the following error:

Unhandled exception: c0000005
At Address: 100016b8

The only choice I have is to click the OK button. When I click OK, I get a Microsoft Error wanting to know if I want to send the message or ignore it. I have click both ways several times & nothing has happened.

What is this error & how do i get rid of it?
