I was looking in my WINDOWS file folder earlier tonight and noticed there are 66 files hidden compressed files in there that have blue writing underneath them just basically saying $uninstall with a number on the end of them, Are these files windows service pack updates? or just files that I dont need and can be deleted.
Thankyou in advance Mart

They are probably uninstal files related to various updates. If an issue arises that you need to uninstal a particular update then that file will be needed. They are probably not over-large and I would leave them there.
I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.
