Specs: Windows XP
Net Send says - Unable to start messenger service after installation. Please, check Service Module in the Windows control panel. Do you have to download/install that?

No, the messenger service is built into XP. You just have to start it:
1. Click Start>Run
2. Enter in "services.msc"
3. Scroll down the list until you find a service called "Messenger".
4. Double-click it.
5. Next to "Startup Type", select "Automatic", click "Apply" and "OK".
6. Restart the computer and the error should go away.
